NEW Boxing Classes

Beginning on October 1, 2013, 7 new classes will be added to the schedule.  Boxing will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm-6 pm and Saturdays from 12-1 pm.  BoxFit will be held Monday-Thursday 9:30 am-10:15 am.

Learn how to Box!  In the boxing class you will be taught boxing technique.  Classes may include any/all of the following depending on the level of students in a particular class:  Partner drills, pad work, bag work, speed bag, double-end-bag, sparring, etc.

BoxFit is a cardio and strength training circuit class that will include some boxing type drills, bag work, etc.  All fitness levels welcome.  No boxing technique instruction.  Just a great workout with a boxing theme!
